These terms govern your use of Vroosh, a car-wash management platform operated by Lucci. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Vroosh helps you run your car wash — capturing cars, managing your floor and queue, recording payments and cash-ups, tracking staff and costs, marketing on WhatsApp, and a public mini-website. Vroosh records payments; it does not process card payments on the floor.
Trial & billing
- New accounts get a 7-day free trial — no card required.
- After the trial, a paid plan is required to keep using Vroosh. Subscriptions are billed monthly via PayFast.
- If a payment fails, your account enters a short grace period and then locks until payment is made. There is no free tier.
- You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your login secure and ensure your staff use the floor app honestly.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for having consent to contact your customers.
- Use WhatsApp messaging lawfully and in line with POPIA and Meta's policies.
Data ownership
Your business data is yours. We process it to provide the service per our Privacy Policy. You can export key reports from the dashboard.
Availability
We work to keep Vroosh available and reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the platform, attempt to breach its security, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use means acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
